A breakthrough
session is an enjoyable yet intense one off experience that effects profound change in one 6- 8 hour session.
Sometimes there are blockages or barriers in our life that prevent us from being who we want
to be, doing what we want to do, or having what we want to have, either personally or professionally.

How
does it work?
Initially we will complete a Detailed
Personal History, which typically takes 2-3 hours, depending on the presenting problem. The next part of the session will be focused on the interventions to remove the blockages and to create access to
new resources. This part will also include goal setting, which is critical for achieving successful outcomes in the future.
Duration of a session is very much dependent on the presenting
problem, but typically will be 6-8 hours in total. It is recommended
to split the session into at least 2 parts, with part 1 being the Detailed Personal History.
All breakthrough sessions will be tailored to the individual needs of the client, not just in terms of interventions
but also the number, duration and timing of sessions. Not all presenting
problems will require a full Detailed Personal History, and sessions for these will on average be much shorter than the durations
quoted above.
